TALYA’S SORVETE is only responsible to liaise with direct customers who purchased our products. For group buys, admin who placed orders on behalf of their group, hold the responsibility in conveying any informations that are discussed prior to the purchase.
Talya’s Sorvete is only responsible for communicating with the admin of the group in a “group buy”. Talya’s Sorvete shall not be held liable in any miscommunication between admin and their members.
Customers are to read "Before You Purchase" upon checking out. After purchasing, it is deemed that you have read the instructions in this segment.
For delivery, customers are required to provide their desired address for delivery, contact number and name. Do take note that deliveries are only made on Saturdays.
For hygiene purposes and potential contamination, items purchased (perishable goods) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In the event of any breach of security and/or unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify us immediately.
